What Should You Measure Before Ordering?
Bust circumference, in inches, and nothing else. That single number places you on every women's chart we publish.
- Bust, not chest. Women's jerseys are charted on bust, measured around the fullest part with the tape level and your breathing normal.
- Your t-shirt size does not transfer. A medium t-shirt and a medium jersey are different garments with different numbers.
- Do not size up for room unless you will wear a hoodie under it. Every women's jersey we stock is already cut wider through the body than a fitted tee.
Women's Jersey Sizing: The One Rule That Prevents a Return
The women's chart and the men's chart use almost the same numbers under a different name. A women's medium is 35.5-38in bust. A men's small is 35-37.5in chest. So a women's label sits roughly one size above the equivalent men's label - which is why women who normally buy men's jerseys order one size up and get a fit that feels wrong.
The practical version: if you wear a men's small, order a women's medium. If you wear a men's medium, order a women's large. If you have never bought a men's jersey, skip the comparison and just measure your bust.
