How Customization Works
Ordering a personalized jersey takes about two extra minutes compared with a regular one. Here's the whole process:
Pick your jersey & size
Choose any custom-eligible jersey below and select your size. Not sure about sizing? Our size guide covers men's, women's and youth fits for every league.
Send us your name & number
After checkout, reply to your order confirmation email (or message jerseyhelp@hotmail.com) with the name and number you want, plus your order number. Up to 12 letters, any number from 0 to 99.
We press & dispatch
Our team applies pro-grade twill lettering and numbers, double-checks the spelling (twice — we've all seen the horror stories), and ships your jersey with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Heads up on turnaround: customized jerseys need an extra 3–5 business days for personalization on top of standard processing, because each one is finished by hand. If you're buying for a birthday or game day, order at least two weeks ahead and you'll have zero stress.

What You Can Customize
- Name on the back: your surname, a nickname, "DAD", "MVP" — up to 12 letters, in the same font and tackle-twill material the pros wear.
- Number: anything from 00 to 99, front and back, matched to your team's official number style.
- League patches: where available, we can apply championship, anniversary or captain's-patch details. Ask us what's in stock for your team.
- Youth sizes included: most custom jerseys run from youth S up through 3XL and 4XL, so the whole family can match.
One thing we can't do: spell it wrong. Double-check the spelling and number in your email before you hit send, because once the twill is cut, we can't reuse it. (If you do catch a typo within an hour, email us immediately — if the jersey hasn't gone to press yet, we'll fix it free.)

Custom Jersey FAQ
How much does customization cost?
Nothing extra. The price you see on the product page — from $57.60 for most NFL Game customs — already includes name and number personalization. We don't add a separate customization fee at checkout.
How long does a custom jersey take to arrive?
Plan on 3–5 business days for personalization plus normal shipping time. Most US customers see their jersey within 1–2 weeks of ordering. If you have a hard deadline (a gift, a tailgate, a watch party), email us the date and we'll tell you honestly whether it's doable.
Can I put any name on the back?
Almost. We can press any name up to 12 letters — your own, a nickname, or a tribute. We won't produce vulgar, slur-based, or trademarked phrases, and some leagues restrict certain words on official customization. If your request falls into a gray area, we'll email you before starting so you can pick something else.
Can I return a custom jersey?
Because a personalized jersey is made specifically for you, we can't resell it — so name/number choices can't be returned unless the mistake is ours (wrong spelling, wrong number, wrong jersey). Size exchanges on customs are handled case by case; email jerseyhelp@hotmail.com and we'll work it out. Full details are in our return policy.
Do custom jerseys come in youth and women's sizes?
Yes — most teams offer custom jerseys in men's, women's and youth fits. Check the size selector on each product page, and use our size guide if you're between sizes.
