1. How to Measure

Take these measurements over a thin t-shirt (never outerwear), standing relaxed with your arms at your sides. Use a soft measuring tape — if you don't have one, wrap a piece of string around the point, mark it, then measure the string against a ruler.

1. Chest — most importantMeasure around the fullest part of your chest, directly under the armpits. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don't puff your chest out.

2. WaistMeasure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.

3. Hip — for shorts & pantsMeasure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, with your feet together. This is the key number for bottoms.

4. Body LengthMeasure from the highest point of your shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to where you want the hem to sit.

5. SleeveFor long-sleeve jerseys and jackets (NFL, MLB, NHL): measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.

6. Inseam — for pantsMeasure from your crotch straight down to your ankle bone along the inside of your leg. This determines pant length.

Bomber jackets, track jackets, windbreakers and hoodies are cut to international standard outerwear sizing — roomy enough to layer over a jersey or t-shirt. If you plan to wear yours over a hoodie in winter, go one size up.

Track pants and joggers are sized by waist with a drawstring closure, so each size adjusts comfortably. Match your waist first; then check inseam for length. Regular inseam fits heights from 5'6" to 6'1" (168–185 cm).

14. Sizing FAQ

Do your jerseys run big or small?

Each league follows its traditional cut: soccer is slim, NBA is standard, NFL and MLB are roomy, NHL is the loosest. Match your chest measurement to the chart for your league and you'll get the intended fit. If you're ordering across leagues for the first time, check the Quick Size Finder in Section 3 — the same body often wears a different size in different leagues.

I'm between two sizes — which should I pick?

Size up. Jerseys are casual wear designed to be worn relaxed; a half-size of extra room always looks better than a snug fit. The only exception is NHL hockey jerseys — they already run very loose, so stay at your true size.

Should I buy men's or women's jerseys?

Women's jerseys have a tapered, contoured cut through the waist; men's jerseys are cut straight and boxy. Many fans prefer the men's fit for the classic oversized look — that's a style choice, not a sizing error. Women ordering a men's cut should typically go one size down from their women's size.

Youth XL or men's S — which one for a teenager?

Youth XL fits up to about 5'6" (168 cm) and a 34–36" chest. Above that, move to a men's S — it's cut longer in the body and sleeves.

Do I wear the same size in jerseys, shorts and jackets?

Usually close, but not always. Jerseys and jackets are sized by chest; shorts and pants are sized by waist and hip — many fans wear a jersey L but a shorts M. Always check the chart for the product type you're ordering rather than reusing your jersey size across categories.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods (e.g., new season launches, holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping are available to every destination we serve, at the flat worldwide rates listed in Section 3. Certain remote regions and P.O.-box-only addresses may be excluded for expedited parcels; if we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you promptly.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain large or expedited orders. If a P.O. box-only address is entered, we will contact you for an alternative.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders outside the United States: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pro Sports Kit is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
Refusal to pay customs duties will result in the package being returned to us; in such cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return-to-sender fees may be deducted from your refund.

6. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us within 12 hours at jerseyhelp@hotmail.com. After the order has shipped, address changes may not be possible and may incur a re-routing fee.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Lost packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors, household members, building management, and your local post office first. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we will file a carrier claim on your behalf. Replacements or refunds are issued after the carrier confirms the loss.
Damaged in transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.
Stolen packages (porch piracy): Once the carrier marks a package "Delivered," risk of loss passes to the buyer. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address (workplace, attended mailbox, etc.) for high-value orders. We are not liable for theft after delivery is confirmed.

8. Multiple Item Orders

When you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment, and you will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Pro Sports Kit. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Our after-sales promise: 30 days of free returns and exchanges from the date of delivery, plus a 365-day after-sales guarantee against quality defects on every order.

1. 30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a free return or exchange for most items — return shipping is on us. After this window, standard returns are no longer available, but quality issues may still be covered by our 365-Day After-Sales Guarantee.

2. 365-Day After-Sales Guarantee

Every order from Pro Sports Kit is covered by a 365-day after-sales guarantee against quality defects. If a problem appears after the 30-day return window has passed — for example:

Stitching, seams, or hems coming apart
Peeling, cracking, or fading prints, player names, or numbers
Fabric defects such as holes or abnormal colour bleeding
Zippers, buttons, or other hardware failures

The guarantee covers manufacturing and quality defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper washing or drying, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

3. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unwashed — no signs of wear, deodorant marks, makeup, perfume, or odors
In original condition — all original tags and labels still attached
In original packaging — polybag, box, and any included inserts
Accompanied by proof of purchase — order number, receipt, or packing slip

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your expense, or a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued at our discretion for items showing minor use.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards
Final sale and clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
Customized or personalized jerseys
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
Items missing original tags, labels, or packaging
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps:

Contact us first. Email jerseyhelp@hotmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Receive Return Authorization. We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address within 2 business days.
Package the item securely. Use the original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number inside and write it clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship within 14 days of receiving the RMA. Ship to the return address we provide.
Share tracking info. Email us the tracking number so we can monitor the return.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Within the 30-day return window, return shipping is free for all approved returns and exchanges:

Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label — simply print it, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the carrier location. Please package the item securely; items damaged on the return journey due to insufficient packaging may qualify only for a partial refund.

7. Refunds

7.1 Inspection

Once your return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect the item and confirm it meets the eligibility conditions. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

7.2 Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note:

Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
PayPal refunds typically appear within 1-3 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7.3 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Items with obvious signs of use
Items missing original packaging or tags
Items not in their original condition due to customer damage
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

7.4 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days:

8. Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability — exchange shipping is free in both directions within the 30-day window. Exchanges for different items (e.g., different player, different team) are not supported — please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the shipping label / packaging if damaged in transit)
We will send a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund including original shipping — your choice
We will provide a prepaid return label for the defective/incorrect item

Reporting damage promptly helps us route replacements faster and supports any shipping insurance claim.

10. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it at jerseyhelp@hotmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item per this policy after delivery.

11. EU / UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason ("cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., email) within the 14-day period. Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund the price paid for the goods plus standard shipping costs (excluding any express or premium shipping surcharges) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment.
